Ingredients for tartlets with avocado and stuffed eggs:


  • Tartlet - 10 pcs
  • Avocado - 2 units
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablepoon
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 5 pcs
  • Shrimp (tinned) - 150 g
  • Hard cheese (TM "Belebeyevsky") - 50 g
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon

How to cook avocado tartlets and stuffed eggs step by step with photos


Mash the avocado flesh with a fork and mix with lemon juice.

TM Cheese "Belebeyevsky" (I used a Russian cheese), grate on a medium slicer.

Cut the eggs in half (you can do it with a fork), beat the yolks with a fork.

Shred the shrimp and mix with the egg yolks, cheese and mayonnaise.

Spoon the avocado sauce into the prepared tartlets.

Spoon the egg whites into the sauce...

... And stuff them with shrimp salad.
