Ingredients for baked fish in cheese batter:


  • Sailfish - 3 units
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Hard cheese (The more the better) - 150 g
  • Chicken egg - 3 units
  • Bread crumbs / Breadcrumbs - 1 package.
  • Greens (To taste)
  • Vegetable oil (For dipping our fish)

How to cook baked fish in cheese batter step by step with photos


Prepare the ingredients, cut the fish in portions, about 5 by 5 and salt it

Then break eggs into a bowl, grate some cheese, salt and pepper

Roll the fish in the cheese mixture and then in breadcrumbs. I didn't have much breadcrumbs, so I had to stretch. But it's better not to skimp. We oil the baking tray and lay the fish, then pour oil on top, too.

Once again I did not have enough breadcrumbs, so I used flour. But it's better not to do it that way. We put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 - 30 minutes.
