Ingredients for baked herring "merry":

  • Salak (Fillet) - 0,5 kg
  • Tomato (Cherry) - 200 g
  • Garlic (Big) - 2 clove
  • Oregano (Dried) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt (Marine. To taste) - 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper (To taste) - 1 teaspoon
  • Bread crumbs / Breadcrumbs (+/-) - 100 g
  • Olive oil (+/-) - 50 ml

How to cook baked herring "cheerful" step by step with photos

Here it is.

Grease baking paper with olive oil and put the fish. Belly up. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut tomatoes into quarters and garlic finely.

Turn the fish.

Sprinkle: tomatoes, garlic, oregano, breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in oven at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
