Baked herring Merry
In Estonia this dish is known as "Rokkivad räimed". Literally translated, it is "Rock herring", "Rokkivad räimed" or, "Rocking herring" - All the variants in Russian sound.. "clumsy"! Let the Russian version be simply.. "Merry!"

- Salak (Fillet) - 0,5 kg
- Tomato (Cherry) - 200 g
- Garlic (Big) - 2 clove
- Oregano (Dried) - 1 teaspoon
- Salt (Marine. To taste) - 1 teaspoon
- White pepper (To taste) - 1 teaspoon
- Bread crumbs / Breadcrumbs (+/-) - 100 g
- Olive oil (+/-) - 50 ml
