  • Seafood (Rapans)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic
  • Hard cheese

How to cook baked sea bass step by step with photos


Wash the sea bass well. Remove carefully with a knife "the door", That covers the shell. Rinse well inside.

Bring the water to the boil. Salt. Boil the crayfish for 3 to 4 minutes.

Pour water off, let cool. Carefully take crayfish meat out of the shell (it comes out well). Remove stomach (you can see it easily - it is a long black one).

Put the lobster meat back in the shell. Mix mayonnaise and garlic. Drizzle it all over the crab. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake on high heat for about 10-15 minutes.
