  • Bread (gray bread without crusts) - 350 g
  • butter (50 g for baskets and 30 g for paté) - 80 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Herring (lightly salted) - 50 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Mayonnaise (I have homemade mayonnaise) - 1 tablespoon
  • Caraway - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salmon - 100 g
  • Lemon
  • Capers

How to cook Bread Basket Snack with salmon and capers step by step with photos

Dice bread, boil one egg.

Grind the bread, 50 g butter, raw egg and cumin in a blender until smooth.

Grease the baking molds with butter. Spread the mixture evenly in the forms, and put it into a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.

With a blender, process the boiled egg, lightly salted herring fillets, cheese, a piece of butter and mayonnaise into the pâté.

Place pâté into baskets, put 5 capers in each basket, top with a piece of lightly salted salmon and a slice of lemon.
