  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Butter - 50 g

How to cook Burgundy Cod step by step with photos


Needed products.

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.

Grate fillet and onion through a meat grinder. Mix the fish, cheese, butter, soy sauce, spices and salt.

Mix thoroughly.

Butter a casserole dish, put the mixture into it and bake until soft.
