Capitaine trout appetizer
Very simple, but tasty and delicious appetizer.
Ingredients for Captain's Snack "Captain's":
- Trout (fresh) - 400 g
- Chicken egg (boiled chicken) - 2 pcs
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
- Greens (parsley and dill)
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Black pepper
How to cook trout appetizer "captain's" step by step with photos
Boil the fish.
Remove bones and knead with a fork.
Add the egg yolks, mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper to the fish
Knead the egg whites and mix with finely chopped herbs.
Make balls of fish and roll in whites with greens.
