  • White Pepper
  • Salt
  • Wheat flour / Flour
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Fish caviar / Caviar (carp) - 800 g
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook fritters "caviar fritters" step by step with photos


Peel caviar from foil and mix with water. Add flour until pancake dough is about the size of a pancake batter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon our stuff on a greased griddle and serve with a spoon. Fry until golden brown.
