Ingredients for caviar fritters with onions and carrots:


  • Caviar Fish / Caviar (fresh) - 375 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Salt (without the slide) - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 40 g
  • Soda - 1/3 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil (+ for frying) - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - to taste
  • Carrots - 0.5 pc
  • Sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon

How to cook caviar fritters with onion and carrots step by step with photos


Mix the caviar with finely chopped onion and garlic, add salt, pepper, paprika, stir.

Add shredded carrots and finely chopped spring onions, mix well.

Pour in flour with baking soda, add vegetable oil oleina, mix and knead.

Using a tablespoon pour the mass on a pan with vegetable oil, fry on both sides until browned. Don't spare the oil)

Drain the ready fritters on a paper towel.

Serve with homemade lean mayonnaise and vegetable salad.
