Beet Caviar Winter Wonder

Beet Winter Preserves. The first time I tried it at a friend's work, and I couldn't help but admire it, it's a delicious snack with bread for lunch for a first course. Cooked to perfection. This recipe will be useful to housewives who have no place to store their beets for the winter!!!

How to cook beet caviar "winter find" step by step with photos

Boil the beets until tender. |

While they are boiling and cooling, prepare the rest of the ingredients and peel the onion. |

Slice tomatoes. |
|
Chop the onion and braise in a pan with oil. |
|
When the onion is soft, add the tomatoes, minced through the meat grinder, and if you have hot peppers. |
|
Bring the whole mixture to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. |
|
Pass all the beets through a meat grinder and add them to the boiling mass. All stew for 15 minutes, then add, salt, sugar, pepper to taste all stirred and add vinegar essence, boil for another 20 minutes and spread in sterile jars. |

The caviar is ready, we wrap it in a warm blanket, turning the jars lids down, until it cools down, we eat the caviar in the prepared form and sometimes add garlic and mayonnaise!!! It's the way you like it!!! But in winter you do not need to cook beets separately and for a long time, open the jar and it is on the table!!! BON APPETIT FOR EVERYBODY!!! |
