Beet Dressing

There are similar recipes on this site, mine is a little easier. It's great as a dressing for borscht or you can just eat it with bread as a caviar. Help yourself!
Ingredients for beet dressing:

Beets

Tomato

3 kg

Garlic

2 pcs

Vegetable oil

300 ml

Chili pepper

2 tablespoon

Salt

1.5 tablespoon
How to cook beet dressing step by step with photos

Peel and grate the beets |

Grind the tomatoes through a meat grinder |
|
Mix the beets and tomatoes in a saucepan, add the oil and simmer for 1½ hours when boiling. |
|
Then add minced garlic and chopped chilli, sugar and salt. Cook for another 30 minutes |
|
Ready salad spread in sterilized jars, roll up, turn over and let it cool. Output 7 jars on 0,5l. ( half on photo) |
