Bell bell pepper caviar Peppercorns

Ingredients for Bell Pepper Caviar "peppercorn":
- Bell pepper - 2.5 kg
- Carrots - 200 g
- Onions - 200 g
- Tomato - 400 g
- Parsley (root) - 1 pc
- Vegetable oil - 200 g
- Salt (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- Pepper mixture (to taste)
- Vinegar (9%) - 25 g
How to cook Bell bell pepper caviar "peppercorn" step by step with photos
Peppers wash, dry and roast. (You can roast them in the oven or parboil them). Then peel and de-seed the bell peppers and cut them into chunks.
Chop carrots, onion, parsley root and fry.
Chop the tomatoes with either a blender or a meat grinder.
Mix all the ingredients: vegetables, oil, salt, sugar, spices and put on medium heat until softened.
Puree everything with a blender, add vinegar. Cook for another 15 minutes. Chopped garlic may be added. Fill into jars. Put jars to sterilize for 15 minutes. Close and cover until it cools down
