  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Vegetable oil
  • Vinegar

How to cook green caviar step by step with photos


Bake the blue ones. We can bake a couple of peppers along with them. Peel them while they are hot, if you peel them when they have cooled down they will turn black. Peel the tomatoes

Finely chop blue ones with a wooden chopper (you can use anything you like, but not a metal chopper - it will darken)

Grate tomatoes, onion, squeeze garlic.

Stir. Drizzle with oil. FISHED. Let's put it in the fridge!
