I know that on this site there are a lot of recipes for caviar. So I want to share not only the recipe (you can use any favorite recipe), but the method of preparation. It so happens that I'm physically unable to spend much time in the kitchen now, but I still want to pamper my family with homemade meals and preserves. My family loves caviar, so I had a thought: I have cooked jam in the oven more than once, is it possible to adapt it for other similar purposes?. I will not say that the proposed option is entirely mine, it is rather a symbiosis of the information I have collected from various forums and discussions on the subject. Maybe someone, like me, may find this method useful.

I give an approximate number of products, since everyone can adjust to his own taste, and I put everything "by eye". Here is a simple set of products, it turned out 400 ml of the final product.

And the rest is easy. We wash, clean, and chop our products into big pieces and purée them in a blender.

We load the puree obtained (I got approximately 700 ml, according to the marks on the bowl of the blender) in the bread maker. The main thing do not forget to insert the spatula for mixing, although at first we do not need it, but then insert it will be a problem. Let's choose the mode "baking", I have a program that lasts exactly one hour. Although according to what I've read it is not necessary to stir at this stage, but to be on the safe side, I stirred a couple of times by hand - nothing burned.

We add oil, sugar, salt, tomato paste and vinegar. Now set the mode "jam" or "jam", in my bread maker, it takes 1.2 hours. Now we need a spatula, for the whole time you can forget about the caviar - the oven will cook and mix itself. After this time the caviar is ready. You can put in a sterilized jar and close for the winter, not forgetting to wrap until completely cooled. Or let it cool and enjoy this delicious snack.
