Eggplant caviar with pumpkin and apple
The tastiest eggplant caviar. For me of course the combination of pumpkin, eggplant and apple is unusual, I have never been able to try caviar like this before. The caviar will be cooked in the oven, so it will not burn, we will save time and effort (no need to stand at the stove and stir), it will be baked and very tasty. Be sure to sprinkle the caviar with roasted walnuts and cilantro, it's really good, you just can't go away! The caviar can be closed in sterilized jars and enjoyed on cold winter evenings.
