Ingredients for adjika "raw" green:


  • Red Hot Pepper (You can remove the seeds if you want) - 1 kg
  • Garlic (peeled) - 0.5 kg
  • Cilantro (with roots) - 0.5 kg
  • Salt - 0.5 glass
  • Dill (without roots) - 2 sprigs.
  • Basil (without roots) - 2 twigs.

How to cook adjika "raw" green step by step with photos


cilantro with roots and other greens washed dry, (if you trust the meat grinder can not cut I cut about 2 cm long so easier meat grinder), peppers washed dry, cut the stalks, garlic peel.

Pass all vegetables and herbs through the meat grinder, add half a glass of salt, mix, let stand for 3-4 days, you can eat
