Green tomato caviar
This is the second year I've been making green caviar. I found the recipe in a magazine"encore recipe"-It's really good. Thanks to Olga Koroleva for this!!!
Ingredients for Green Tomato Caviar:
- Tomatoes (green ones) - 3 kg
- Beets - 1.5 kg
- Carrots - 1.5 kg
- Onions - 1 kg
- Garlic (head) - 1
- vegetable oil - 0.5 l
- Salt (with a slide) - 3 tablespoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoon
- Vinegar essence - 2 tablespoon
