How to cook zucchini caviar tender in multicooker step by step with photos
|
Zucchini peel and core (if the zucchini is young and soft, this is not necessary), cut into small cubes and put in a greased oiled bowl of the multicooker, lightly tamped;
The rest of the vegetables to cut randomly and place on top; |
|
Bring the vegetables to a boil in the "pasta" - 5 minutes, turn off the program;
Add all other ingredients except vinegar to the vegetables, stir and boil in the "stew" - 50 minutes; |
|
At the end of the program, puree the vegetables with a food processor (or blender, or meat grinder);
If the caviar does not imply long-term storage, at this stage you can place it in sterilized jars, close lids and put in the refrigerator;
If the caviar - preparation for the winter, then again put it in a bowl of a multicooker, add vinegar, stir and bring to a boil in the program "pasta" - 5 minutes; |
|
Ready caviar to put in the prepared sterile jars and cork.
You can (as I did) cover the multicooker bowl with a lid and set it aside, and in the multicooker sterilize the lids and jars, and then put the caviar in there and cork it; |
