Ingredients for Vegetable Caviar Like Ajika:
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Tomato - 1 kg
- Apple - 0.5 kg
- Garlic - 200 g
- Onion - 0.5 kg
- Carrots - 0.5 kg
- Red hot pepper (small) - 1 pc
- Sunflower oil - 0.5 glass
- Salt
- Sugar
- Vinegar (9%) - 1/2 glass

Peppers should be washed and cut in large chunks, seeds removed, apples should be peeled and sliced into garlic slices, onions into slices. |

Cut tomatoes in half, remove stalks. |
