Delicious, flavorful, beautiful and a long time favorite of our family. An unusual combination of vegetables and apples once caught my eye in a book "Home canning. New Recipes". I decided to cook it and I did not fail, it pleased everyone. Now our winter is not over without these caviar)))) I invite all the cooks to taste it and enjoy it!
Ingredients for vegetable caviar with beets and apples:
- Beets - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Tomato - 2,5 kg
- Apple - 1 kg
- Onions - 1 kg
- Garlic - 200 g
- Red hot pepper - 1/2 pc
- Sugar (you can have 3 if the tomatoes are sour) - 2 tablespoon
- Vinegar essence ((70%)) - 1 teaspoon
- Salt (may be to taste) - 3 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 glass
