  • Zucchini - 3 kg
  • Onions - 1 kg
  • Vegetable oil - 1 glass
  • Mayonnaise - 250 g
  • Sauce ("Krasnodar") - 650 g
  • Vinegar (9%) - 1-2 tablespoon

How to cook zucchini caviar step by step with photos


Grind zucchinis with meat grinder.

Finely chop the onion and fry in 1 cup oil until golden.

Cook the onion and zucchinis: from the boil for 1.5 hours. Add mayonnaise and gravy (this time I used tomato ketchup) "My family" 350 gr.). Cook for 40 minutes. Taste. Maybe you need to add salt, sugar, and pepper. It all depends on the ketchup and mayonnaise. Add vinegar at the end of cooking.

Hot place in sterilized jars, roll up, turn over. Bon appetit!
