Cooking vegetables

Chop our vegetables with a slicer or mincer, chop an onion with half a ring

Turn on the pressure cooker, add oil and heat it a little to prevent the caviar from sticking

Then add all the ingredients, salt, pepper and half as much sugar (I do) as the salt. Cover tightly and stew for 35 minutes after the valve signals (once the steam begins to come out and you reduce the heat)

Open and chop with a blender - very easy and fast

If you want to store for future use, you need to put them in jars and sterilize for 10-15 minutes more
