Cheese Balls with Crab Sticks appetizer

How to cook appetizer "Cheese balls with crab sticks" step by step with photos

Ingredients for the appetizer:
"Quick" crab and cheese balls. |

Dice crabsticks |
|
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. |
|
Add grated cheese (200g) and 1 clove of garlic squeezed through a garlic press to a bowl,
add 2 tbsp. Tbsp (no slice) of mayonnaise.
Stir the mixture, adding salt to taste if necessary. |

Boil carrots until al dente. Grate carrots on a fine grater.
To the grated carrots add 1 tbsp. Tbsp (no slice) of mayonnaise. Stir the mixture. |
|
Add cube of crab sticks to a piece of cheese and garlic mixture and roll into a ball the size of a walnut. |
|
Cover the cheese ball with stuffed carrots in an even layer, then roll in sesame seeds. |
