No-bake cheesecake is so easy to make, it's perfect for a picnic, especially if you don't have time to cook. It comes out very tender and fluffy, with a subtle lemon flavor and bits of salmon.

Ingredients for salmon cheesecake with cottage cheese:


  • Salmon (lightly salted) - 70 g
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoon
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Cracker (salted with onion) - 170 g
  • Lemon juice - 4 tablespoon
  • Cheese curd (with greens) - 150 g
  • Gelatin - 10 g
  • Sour cream - 200 g
  • Dill (for decoration)

How to cook Cheesecake with salmon and cottage cheese step by step with photos


Ingredients for Cheesecake. All you need is butter.

Crumble crackers and mix in blender with butter and lemon juice.

Dissolve gelatin in cold water until it swells. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and sauce. If you want you can add greens, cottage cheese already has greens, so I did not add. Add the gelatin.

In a form put a layer of cookies, flatten and level out.

Put a layer of cottage cheese and gelatin on top. Place in fridge for about two hours.

Decorate with slices of salmon and greens before serving. Slice into portions. Help yourself!
