Chicken and squid baskets

Ingredients for chicken and squid baskets:

(Kikkoman)

Squid

Cucumber

Rice
(boiled)

2 tablespoon

Lemon
(for decoration)

How to cook chicken and calamari baskets step by step with photos

Fillet of chicken, marinate in Kikkoman soy sauce and garlic. Put it in a glass bottle with a bit of water and put it in a cold oven. Turn it to 180 degrees and bake until the chicken is cooked |

Remove the finished baskets gently from the bottle once they have cooled. |

Boil the squid, finely chop it, add the rice and cucumber. Dress with Kikkoman soy sauce. Optionally add olive oil |

Fill the baskets with the stuffing and prick the edges with a toothpick, if necessary |

Put the baskets on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese and decorate with lemon and cucumber sprigs |
