Ingredients for Christmas crackers with fish pate:

  • Crackers (preferably unleavened, no more than 5 cm in diameter)
  • Fish (canned sardine in tomato juice) - 150 g
  • cream cheese (with a slide) - 2 tablespoon
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Soy sauce (Light TM Kikkoman) - 1 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs
  • Daikon (A couple of slices for snowflakes)

How to cook Christmas crackers with fish pâté step by step with photos

Take the sardines out of the juice and finely chop with a knife, add the cream cheese, finely chopped onions and stir. For a spicy flavor, add soy sauce and stir again.

Place the crackers on a platter to serve at once, so you don't have to transfer them later.

Place pâté on top of the crackers (using a pastry bag is best).

Cut the cherry slices into wedges, use a daikon cake plunger to make snowflakes. Decorate with pâté on top.

Chill a little in the fridge and serve!
