  • Onions - 20 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Cheese curd - 75 g
  • Avocado - 1/4 piece
  • Sage-grouse (lightly salted) - 100 g
  • Soy sauce (Naturally brewed light soy sauce TM "Kikkoman") - 1 teaspoon
  • Wasabi - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cracker (onion) - 8 pcs
  • Dill - 1 bunch.

How to cook snack "Christmas trees on a cracker" step by step with photos

Finely chop onions and marinate in a mixture of lemon juice and Naturally Cooked Light Soy Sauce TM "Kikkoman" for 15 minutes.

Add finely chopped lightly salted coho salmon, cottage cheese, wasabi and avocado and mix well.

Spread the mixture on onion crackers in a pyramid shape.

Sprinkle with chopped dill, garnish with red pepper and serve.
