Ingredients for Snack Cream of Cottage Cheese and Corn:

  • Cottage cheese (coarse, crumbly) - 200 g
  • Corn - 8 tablespoon
  • Dill - 30 g
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Salmon (or any other lightly salted red fish cut into thin slices) - 200 g
  • Tartlet - 20 units
  • Salt - to taste

How to cook cream cheese and corn step by step with photos

1. Season cottage cheese with salt, add mayonnaise and knead thoroughly. Finely chop the dill.

2. Add the corn and dill and mix together.

3. Place thin slices of red fish on overlapping foil, top with cottage cheese in strips.

4. Mash the cottage cheese slightly to make a thicker roll, then twist. Chill, then cut into small pieces with a thin, sharp knife. Fill the tartlets with the remaining cream.
