  • Salmon (Salted) - 200 g
  • Dill - 1 bunch.
  • Soy sauce (To taste) - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook cottage cheese and salmon step by step with photos


Finely chop the dill and mix with the cottage cheese.

Separate salmon fillets from skin and bones and mince with a meat grinder.

Add oil and soy sauce and mix. Serve in balls and cover with greenery. Or spread on bread as pâté.
