Crab rolls

A very tasty appetizer. Looks great on the holiday table and is very easy and fast to prepare!
Ingredients for Crab Rolls:

Crab Sticks
(preferably chilled)

Champignons

350 g

Onion
(large head)

1 pc

Hard cheese

100 g

Mayonnaise

2 tablespoon

Vegetable oil
How to cook crab rolls step by step with photos

Prepare the stuffing: Fry sliced mushrooms in a little oil. Cut onion into half rings and fry in the same oil. Combine, ready to serve. |

Unwrap crabsticks gently. Then wrap minced meat in them. |
|
Place the rolls in a casserole dish. |
|
On top rub cheese, smear mayonnaise lightly and place in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes.
When the cheese melts and browns it means it's done. |
