Ingredients for Crab Rolls:


  • Crab Sticks (preferably chilled) - 200 g
  • Champignons - 350 g
  • Onion (large head) - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook crab rolls step by step with photos


Prepare the stuffing: Fry sliced mushrooms in a little oil. Cut onion into half rings and fry in the same oil. Combine, ready to serve.

Unwrap crabsticks gently. Then wrap minced meat in them.

Place the rolls in a casserole dish.

On top rub cheese, smear mayonnaise lightly and place in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes. When the cheese melts and browns it means it's done.
