  • Crab (paws) - 1 kg
  • Chicken egg (only white will be needed) - 4 pcs
  • vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to cook appetizer "crab sticks" step by step with photos


Take crab legs. Ideally a Kamchatka crab or a blue one. I have a blue opilio crab (not ideal, but okay too). Separate the first phalanges.

Take the meat out of the shell.

Salt and pepper the egg white to taste, whip it up a bit. Soak crab meat in it for 15 minutes.

Fry in butter for a few minutes.

Simple but tasty.
