  • Crab Sticks - 8 pcs
  • Hard cheese - 150 g
  • Parsley - 1 bunch.
  • Sour cream - 100 g
  • Puff pastry - 1 package.

How to cook appetizer "crab croquettes" step by step with photos

1. Grate cheese on a fine grater and crab sticks on a coarse grater. Shred greens.

2. Roll out the first layer of dough. Add a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking.

3. Brush the dough with sour cream. Sprinkle with crab sticks, cheese (a little for later) and herbs.

4. Roll up into a roll, compressing it a little. Slice the roll into slices.

5. Roll out the second layer and make circles - bottoms. Join the slices and pieces of the roll. Sprinkle cheese on top.

6. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
