Crab Sticks appetizer

Interesting dish made of flaky pastry with crab sticks filling. The puff pastry makes these foamy dumplings airy and tender. A great appetizer that's quick and easy to make.

How to cook appetizer "crab croquettes" step by step with photos

1. Grate cheese on a fine grater and crab sticks on a coarse grater. Shred greens. |

2. Roll out the first layer of dough. Add a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking. |
|
3. Brush the dough with sour cream. Sprinkle with crab sticks, cheese (a little for later) and herbs. |
|
4. Roll up into a roll, compressing it a little. Slice the roll into slices. |
|
5. Roll out the second layer and make circles - bottoms. Join the slices and pieces of the roll. Sprinkle cheese on top. |

6. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. |
