Ingredients for an appetizer of crab sticks:

  • Crab sticks (240g) - 1 unit.
  • Avocado - 0,5 pcs
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • ricotta (I had homemade) - 1 tablespoon
  • Greens (parsley and lettuce for decoration)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper mixture (to taste)

How to cook crab sticks appetizer step by step with photos

Wash and peel the avocado (we will need half.). Peel garlic. Slice avocado and hard-boiled egg.

Put everything in a blender and grind until smooth.

Add the ricotta (I have homemade). Season with salt and pepper.

Then we gently unroll the crab sticks and spread our stuffing as a thin layer.

We put the stuffed sticks on a cutting board and put them into the freezer for 15-20 minutes. This is to cut them in an easier way.

After 20 minutes we take out the sticks and cut them into slices at an angle.

And we have crab sticks "A'sea" from the company "ROK-1"!!!
