Ingredients for the creamy mousse with salmon:

  • Rice (TM Mistral. Basmati quinoa mix) - 50 g
  • Cream (10% fat content) - 100 ml
  • Cheese curd - 200 g
  • Gelatin - 5 g
  • Salmon (100 g of lightly salted, 100 g of smoked) - 200 g
  • Greens
  • Lemon peel - 1 teaspoon

How to cook creamy mousse with salmon step by step with photos

Cook basmati quinoa rice mix TM Mistral in salted water. Till al dente

Mix cream, cottage cheese and melted gelatine

Add cooked rice, chopped greens, lemon zest and shredded salmon. Stir well. Pour into molds (you can pour it into one mold). Let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

The most tender and delicious mousse is ready! Enjoy!!
