Ingredients for crispy squid tentacles:


  • Squid (tentacles ) - 500 g
  • Cornflour - 1/2 glass
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 1/2 glass
  • Allspice (powder) - 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper (powder) - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic (powder) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt (salt, to taste)
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook crispy squid tentacles step by step with photos


Peel and wash squid tentacles.

Mix corn and white flour, pepper, garlic and salt in a bowl.

Roll the squid tentacles one by one so that they do not stick together. Pour oil into a wok and heat until it reaches 180°C (350F).

Dip 2-3 pieces of tentacles for 30 seconds

And then remove on a paper towel to let all the oil drain off. Let cool.
