Curd and fish snack
Ingredients for Cottage cheese and fish snack:
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Black olives
- Fish (any red fish)
Puree the cottage cheese, add the chopped garlic and parsley and a little mayonnaise. Or use a blender to mix it all up. Make balls the size of walnuts.
Cut the fish into thin strips and place on top of the cottage cheese balls.
Cut olives into rings and decorate our appetizer with them.
