Ingredients for Cottage cheese and fish snack:

Fish
(any red fish)
How to cook fish and cottage cheese step by step with photos

Puree the cottage cheese, add the chopped garlic and parsley and a little mayonnaise. Or use a blender to mix it all up.
Make balls the size of walnuts. |

Cut the fish into thin strips and place on top of the cottage cheese balls. |

Cut olives into rings and decorate our appetizer with them. |
