Topping

  • Crab sticks - 12 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Creamy semolina - 2 tablespoon

Batter

  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Milk - 30 ml
  • Wheat flour / Flour (with slide) - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Fryer

  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml

How to cook crab sticks in tempura step by step with photos


Prepare the batter. Mix egg with milk, pinch of salt and flour until smooth.

Dip crab sticks in flour.

Now in the batter.

Now in semolina.

Dip them into hot oil no more than 4 sticks at a time. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden color.

Put crabsticks on paper towels to remove excess oil.
