I came across this recipe the other day. I'm guessing it's not really a terrine, but I didn't change the name. We and our guests liked it very much. Especially, for some reason, the men rated this dish very positively! It tasted really good, the combination of custard and fish surprises and delights me.

- Trout (filet, lightly salted) - 300 g
- Cheese cheese (coarse-grained) - 300 g
- Sour cream - 70 g
- Gelatin (instant) - 20 g
