  • Herring (Fillet without skin and bone) - 1 pc
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Bread (Black) - 50 g
  • Chicken Egg (Boiled) - 5 units
  • Cream cheese - 1 pc
  • Sesame (To taste)

How to cook appetizer "double version" step by step with photos


Process herring fillet, butter and cheese twice with a meat grinder.

Cut the eggs in half. Carefully remove the yolks.

Cut the crusts off the bread. Pass it through the meat grinder.

Add yolks to the obtained mixture and mix thoroughly with a fork. Then add oil and mix everything well.

Fill whites. Before serving we can sprinkle sesame seeds on the mixture.

Now for the second course. Cut the bread into thin slices.

Using a lid we press circles into them (you can make any shape you want).

Roll a ball from the paste mass and toss in sesame seeds.
