  • Crab Sticks - 5 units
  • Tinned beans - 3 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg - 8 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Carrots (small carrots for decoration) - 1 pc
  • Green onions (for sprinkling the ready meal)
  • Salad leaves / Salad
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - 1 clove

How to cook eggs stuffed with crab and beans step by step with photos


Ingredients for this appetizer.

Boil eggs (4 pieces), cut in two halves, take yolks out.

Chop the crab sticks (5 pieces) into chunks. In a blender, add chopped crabsticks, egg yolks, garlic clove passed through a garlic press, canned beans, salt and black pepper to taste.

Place the prepared cream in a pastry syringe.

Fill egg halves with prepared cream. Boil carrots, cut out flowers with a shaped cutter. Decorate with carrot flowers as an appetizer. Place appetizer on a plate with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with green onions. Bon appetit!
