Ingredients for herring "extreme":


  • Herring (Ivasi) - 2 units
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Apple - 1 pc
  • Ketchup ("With paprika") - 2-3 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon

How to cook herring "Extreme" step by step with photos


That's the kind of fun I had with the Ivasi boys...

Peel and remove the bones and fillet the herring...

Finely slice fillet and onion in thin slices...

Grate the apple. Add onion, apple and ketchup to the herring

And ketchup. A spoonful of mustard to spice things up...

Mix everything and let soak for an hour...

Place in a salad bowl, garnish lightly and serve... It has an unusual, spicy-sweet taste. But we liked it VERY much!!! Why don't you try it?!!!
