Favorite Salmon

I've always salted salmon in only two ways - just salt and salt with soy sauce. So I thought maybe someone could use what we've been using for years. Please - delicious salmon, melting in your mouth!
Ingredients for salmon "my favorite":
-
Salmon
(tail part)
-
1,3 g
-
Soy sauce
(TM soy sauce "Kikkoman")
-
75 g
-
Salt
-
1 g

Lemon juice
(optional)
-
1 tablespoon
How to cook salmon "my favorite" step by step with photos

I love salting the tail part - it's thicker and tastes better salted (but that's a matter of taste) |
|
The tail part free from fins and backbone |
|
Take off skin |
|
Put in a bowl, pour soy sauce TM "Kikkoman", Stir well |
|
In 20 minutes salt (to taste - I take about a teaspoon of salt per 6 fillets) |
|
Separately, I do the same salting, but with the addition of lemon juice (we all eat differently)... I've got them spoiled...) |
|
In the morning our fish is ready! (Overnight in the refrigerator rarely stands, but this time I did) - in principle, it is ready in three hours...
