Favorite Salmon

Cooked Salmon

Time to cook: 15 minutes

Total Servings: 10

Nutritional Value

I've always salted salmon in only two ways - just salt and salt with soy sauce. So I thought maybe someone could use what we've been using for years. Please - delicious salmon, melting in your mouth!

I love salting the tail part - it's thicker and tastes better salted (but that's a matter of taste)

The tail part free from fins and backbone

Take off skin

Put in a bowl, pour soy sauce TM "Kikkoman", Stir well

In 20 minutes salt (to taste - I take about a teaspoon of salt per 6 fillets)

Separately, I do the same salting, but with the addition of lemon juice (we all eat differently)... I've got them spoiled...)

In the morning our fish is ready! (Overnight in the refrigerator rarely stands, but this time I did) - in principle, it is ready in three hours... Help yourself!
