Fish appetizer

How to cook fish snack step by step with photos

Grate cheese on a fine grater. Grate potatoes in the same tub. Whisk in the raw egg. Mix thoroughly |

Fry small fritters, preferably they should be flat and not thick |

Let cool and put a piece of trout on each one. You can use any other lightly salted fish of your taste.
