  • Trout (Lightly salted or any fish of your choice) - 100 g
  • Cream cheese - 150 g
  • Potatoes (boiled) - 3 units
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Spices

How to cook fish snack step by step with photos


Grate cheese on a fine grater. Grate potatoes in the same tub. Whisk in the raw egg. Mix thoroughly

Fry small fritters, preferably they should be flat and not thick

Let cool and put a piece of trout on each one. You can use any other lightly salted fish of your taste. Simple and fast, but most importantly delicious. Enjoy your meal!!!
