Fish Head
A delicious, spicy fish appetizer. This is not a classic Korean hee recipe, but is inspired by it.
Ingredients for Korean fish ghee:
- Fish (boneless fish fillet) - 250 g
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Onion - 1 pc
- Vinegar essence - 0.5 tablespoon
- Salt - 0,5-0,75 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Hot red pepper (fresh) - 0.5 pcs
- Soy sauce - 1-2 tablespoon
- Black pepper (ground, to taste)
- Coriander (ground, to taste)
- Vegetable oil - 5-7 tablespoon
- Garlic (or garlic salt) - 1 clove
- Sweet paprika (ground) - 0.5 teaspoon
