Fish in mac

The first time I made this appetizer was back in 2006, when I was studying to be a chef. Cooked it for someone's wedding, then repeated this recipe at home. Now it's one of my mom's favorite snacks. I couldn't find it on the web site, so I decided to post it.
Ingredients for fish in maca:
-
Pink salmon
(Any red fish will do, mine is pink salmon)
-
Mayonnaise
-
Mustard
-
Poppy
How to cook fish in mac step by step with photos
|
Cut fish in two halves, skin and remove bones. Then cut each half into strips about 3 cm wide. |
|
We take 2 cups, put mayonnaise in one cup and mustard in the other one. I sprinkle a little bit of mayonnaise and mustard in the other one. |
|
We take a piece of fish and put mayonnaise on one side |
|
And the other side with mustard |
|
Then coat a piece of fish in poppy seeds |
|
Spread a piece of fish on a greased baking pan in a figure-of-eight shape (try to spread it). Put it in oven heated up to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depending on the oven). |
