How to cook fish mini sandwiches with egg and cheese step by step with photos


Chop fish fillets finely.

Add spices for marinade. Stir everything thoroughly, and set aside in the cold.

Add boiled egg, finely chopped with a fork, grated cheese and mayonnaise to the fried minced fish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
