Fish rolls

Ingredients for fish rolls:

Mackerel
(hot smoked)

How to cook fish rolls step by step with photos

Carefully separate fish from bone |

Grate carrots on a shredder (standard!)
Slice onion in half rings,
finely chop garlic,
add pepper.
Heat oil, pour all ingredients, add 1 tbsp.l. Tbsp of essence, mix well. |

Put stuffing on fish (beforehand cut it into pieces),
roll up |
|
Let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes |
