Ingredients for fish rolls:


  • Mackerel (hot smoked) - 1 pc
  • Carrots (fresh) - 2 pcs
  • Onion (red) - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Hot red pepper (bitter) - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Dill (herbs) - 1/2 bunch.
  • Essence (vinegar) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook fish rolls step by step with photos


Carefully separate fish from bone

Grate carrots on a shredder (standard!) Slice onion in half rings, finely chop garlic, add pepper. Heat oil, pour all ingredients, add 1 tbsp.l. Tbsp of essence, mix well.

Put stuffing on fish (beforehand cut it into pieces), roll up

Let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes
