Ingredients for fish rolls:


  • Fish fillet (from white fish - hake, pollack, cod) - 300 g
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves / Lettuce (leaves) - 10-12 pcs
  • Black olives (pitted) - 5-10 pcs
  • Lemon juice
  • Cherry tomatoes (for decoration)
  • Lemon (for decoration)

How to cook fish rolls step by step with photos


Products needed. The fish is ready in this picture.

Coarsely chop fish, salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and stew until tender. Let cool. Cut the cheese, mix it with the olives and the fish in a blender.

Add sour cream to the stuffing and mix well.

Spread the stuffing on dried lettuce leaves and make rolls or cocktails. Arrange on a plate and garnish with tomatoes and olives.
