  • Salad leaves / Lettuce (for decoration) - 1 unit.
  • Black olives (pitted)

How to cook fish rosettes step by step with photos


Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry on a towel. Arrange them on a plate, completely covering the bottom.

Take a piece of fish in your hands

Roll up into a roll

Curve the edges out, trying to resemble a rosebud.

Arrange the ready roses on the lettuce leaves in random order.

Put an olive in the middle of each rose and our snack is ready
