Fish snack

Recipe from Jamie Oliver's TV program. A very fast, delicious appetizer.
Ingredients for fish snack:

How to cook fish snack step by step with photos

Make a dressing of soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil. Make boiled beets, cut into thin slices and marinade in dressing. Arrange on a plate with lettuce leaves, cut into thin julienne strips. Chop parsley, dill, arugula - coarsely and add to the salad leaves. Lay thinly sliced mackerel and mackerel on top, then marinate beet. Pour dressing left over from marinating beets. Stir slightly.
