Ingredients for fish snack:


  • Salad leaves / Salad
  • Ruccola
  • Parsley
  • Dill
  • Pink salmon (lightly salted)
  • Mackerel (smoked)
  • Beets - 2 pcs
  • Soy sauce - 125 ml
  • Vinegar - 4 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon

How to cook fish snack step by step with photos


Make a dressing of soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil. Make boiled beets, cut into thin slices and marinade in dressing. Arrange on a plate with lettuce leaves, cut into thin julienne strips. Chop parsley, dill, arugula - coarsely and add to the salad leaves. Lay thinly sliced mackerel and mackerel on top, then marinate beet. Pour dressing left over from marinating beets. Stir slightly. BON APPETIT!!! :)
